Fresh Water Flake Ice Machine Features:
1 .Higher refrigeration efficiency and lower loss of refrigeration capacity.
2.Automatic salt water flake ice machine adpots the latest vertical evaporator with inner helix ice cutter. In the process of ice making, the water distribution device in ice maker sprays water even on the internal surface of ice maker to frozen in a short time . After ice formed , the helix ice cutter drops down and cut ice . In this method, it makes a full use of evaporator and increase the efficiency of ice making.
3. High quality , dry and no-caked. The thickness of flake ice which produced by automatic ice flake making machine with vertical evaporator is about 1 mm to 2 mm. The ice shape is irregular flake ice and it has good mobility.
4.Simple structure and small land area . The series of flake ice machine has different kinds including fresh water type ,seawater type , fixed cold source type , equip cold source by customer, and flake ice machine with cold room. R2-The most ideal payment method for us is T/T, but we also accept pre-T/T+L/C or 100% L/C at sight. You can also pay directly at the MIC background. We have several payment methods, which one do you think is more suitable for you?
Q3-Which brands of compressors do you use?
R3- There are mainly international famous brands such as Frascold, Refcomp, Copeland, Highly and so on.
Q4-What type of refrigerant are you using?
R4-The use of refrigerant is determined according to the model. R22, R404A, and R507A are routinely used. If your country has special requirements for refrigerants, you can tell me. (The tube ice machine uses R404A or R507A, and other models can also use R22)
Q5- Do I still need to add refrigerant and refrigeration oil to the machine I received?
R5-No need, we have added refrigerant and refrigerating oil according to the standard when the machine leaves the factory, you only need to connect water and electricity to use.
Q6- How about the package?
R6-We have plywood case to protect the machine from damage during the long-distance delivery.
Q7- What is the delivery time?
R7-2 weeks for sample model, 30 days for customized model. It depends for mass production.
