1.fuel tanker trailer is configured for carrying different bulk liquids tankers such as petrol, diesel, Jet-A1, crude oil, edible oil, palm oil, and liquid bitumen, gasoline, etc, it is a cost-effective, multipurpose vessel due to the manifold pipe system.
2.The payload/loading volume can reach 30,000 liters, 35,000 liters, 45,000 liters, 54,000 liters, even up to 90,000 liters, for metered and bulk deliveries with optimum payload capabilities, it can meet the differentiated applications.
3. The tank body and chassis are made of high strength carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, coupled with advanced robotic automatic welding machine, special automatic painting machine, full blasting of complete vehicle before painting to increase strength at chassis junction and reduce tension impact, make the tanker more capable of corrosion resistance and long service life.
4.The tank body can be cylindrical, elliptical, trapezoidal surface design or other customized shapes, the inside of the tank trailer can be divided into several compartments, the wave plate will be welded into the inside of each compartment to reduce impact of the fuel and increase strength of the tank trailer in operation.
5. We supply various trailers such as fuel tank trailer, flatbed trailer, lowbed trailers to Tanzania local trailer manufature, AM Trailer, Superdoll trailers and Simba trailers, and GRW trailers in South Africa, so we understand the needs of the local clients perfectly.

Warranty and Spare Parts Availability
1. For fuel tank trailers: 12 months or 100,000km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
2. For Sinotruk, Howo, Shacman, Foton, Faw tractor head: 12 months or 100,000km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
2). For Sinotruk, Howo, Shacman,Foton, Faw tipper/dump truck: 6 months or 60,000 km from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
3). The warranty only covers production defects from the manufacturer, but not including wearing and maintenance parts, such as filters, brake pads, clutch, lamps, fuse, lubricants, engine coolants, battery fluid, oil, tires, glass.
4). Spare parts supply is available at factory price during the whole lifecycle of the tractor head, trucks, tippers, and trailers, all parts can be purchased from our factory directly.
5) Remarks: The above terms are for your reference only, the final terms and conditions are subject to business negotiations and contract confirmations.
Shipping and Logistics
Have different shipping options for its truck trailer, special vehicles, and various tractor head, rigid trucks, tippers, every year, plenty trucks and semi-trailers are shipped to different ports across the world, especially in Africa, Russia, Middle East, Middle Asia, South America, truck trailers and special vehicles can be shipped by 20FT container, 40FT container, 40FT high container, open-top container, flat rack container, Ro-Ro ship or bulk vessel, subject to size of products and customer choice.
We will do wax spray before shipping to prevent rust, and proper stacked packing will be done before shipping to save freight cost subject to customer confirmation.
