1-milk package size and content is 1 liter measuring 150mm x 260mm x 70mm
2-the milk will be in liquid form
3-will enter the autoclave at 40C
4-need to sterilize at 121C for 10 minutes (we are not experience in milk sterilization
And suggestions on sterilization times will be tested)
5-Capasity from 360 to 400 pouches per batch
6-need autoclave by inmertion (full of water)
7-220v 3 phase or 220v single phase 60 Hz
A short description
This machine use steam / electric as heating sauce. Usually operators will heat the product to 121 degree C and hold this temperature under 0.01~0.25Mpa pressure <1.45PSI~36.26PSI > for 10~30 mins. Then stop heating, pumping cooling water into the sterilizer to speed up the cooling and increase the working efficiency.
