Dual brake caster:
1. Finish-bright Zinc plating
2. Top plate and yoke base -use 1/4"steel plate, brake -use 3/25" steel plate
3. Swivel: Full double ball bearing
4. Axle-1/2"diameter bolt
5. Locking mechanism-step down the pedal
Provides locking action to both swivel and wheel.
