7Q: Once there is something need to replace, what can I do?
7A: We supply all the spare parts for the printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back the broken ones. We suggest that users order spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.

8A: CommonlyWe provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty, our company will offer you motor and board driver for free if they are faulty . When the warranty expired, our company will still give you on line technician support for free. Especially, you can gain the lifelong Warranty for your printer with continuously ink order (If you buy inks from us).
