II. Functional overview
It has various functions such as garbage collection, compression, transfer and unloading.
Scope of application
The product is applicable to the collection and transportation of wet garbage collected by 120L and 240L standard plastic garbage cans in towns and cities, streets, institutions and colleges, etc. It can also be used for the collection and transportation of unclassified mixed garbage in barrels.
The product is not applicable to the collection and transportation of construction waste, kitchen waste and industrial waste.

1. Chassis
Chassis. It adopts the chassis of SH1127ZHEVWZY1 Class II pure electric vehicle produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co., Ltd. to realize zero emission, simple and beautiful appearance, excellent performance, and humanized control mode.
2.Dumpster
It is a part for collecting and storing domestic garbage, and it is the base for connecting push shovel, compression mechanism and other parts.
3. Rear door
It is a part for collecting and sealing the domestic garbage, and is the base for connecting the feeding mechanism, bucket stopper and back cover, and the combined surface with the box is sealed by sealing strips to form a sewage sealing function. The opening and closing of the rear door is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder; when the rear door is closed, it is connected to the end face of the bin by a linkage locking plate.
4. Barrel stopper
The cushioning limit for 240L plastic bucket tipped in place prevents the plastic bucket edge from brittle breakage under the inertia of tipping in place or the plastic bucket from falling into the dumpster, protects the dumpster and prolongs its service life.
5. Back cover
It is a part to seal the upper feeding port of the rear door, which is arranged on the rear door and linked with the feeding mechanism through the connecting rod.
6. Compressor
It is the part to compress and reduce the capacity of the domestic garbage loaded into the garbage bin. The compression mechanism consists of scraper and slide plate, which moves back and forth along the track under the action of slide plate cylinder to complete the compression of garbage.
7. Feeding mechanism
It is a four-link mechanism driven by a hydraulic cylinder, which is a part of tipping 120L and 240L plastic drums and dumping the domestic garbage in the drums into the garbage bin.
8.Push shovel
It is a part for unloading. The shovel is arranged inside the garbage bin and is designed with a slider, which can slide along the internal track of the garbage bin under the driving action of the three-stage hydraulic cylinder of the shovel to complete the unloading operation.
9. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is an open system, which is composed of hydraulic oil tank, force extractor, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pipeline, and it is a part to provide power for the operating device.
10.Electrical system
The electrical system is based on the chassis circuit, designed for the realization of garbage collection and transportation operations and special vehicle circuit. The controller is used as the logic processor, and the output is executed through the program that has been prepared in the controller to drive the corresponding executive element to realize the action control and warning control of the garbage truck operating device.
11. Operation mode
The vehicle adopts the control mode of "controller + CAN bus operation panel". During operation, each action is controlled by one button, which is easy to operate. Vehicle operation is realized by three operating devices, one of which is in the driver's cab, and two of which are at the rear of the vehicle on the left and right sides.
Control Panel. Located on the center console of the cab, it is mainly used for vehicle unloading operation and maintenance mode operation.
The vehicle is equipped with a surveillance system. A camera is mounted on top of the rear of the vehicle and an LED display is mounted in the cab (see figure below). During operation, the loading and filling situation can be viewed from the cab. A work light is fitted under the rear of the vehicle to provide illumination for night work.
