The gynecological laser is a head that is inserted into the vagina and emits a beam of thermal energy that is applied in 360º over the entire surface of the vagina, favors blood flow y increases the production of new collagen and vaginal wall thickness.
It is an effective solution that is carried out in a ambulatory, in consultation and without hospital admission, which alleviates, reduces or ends the symptoms related to the lack of estrogens, such as vaginal dryness, itching and burning sensation, The discomfort when urinating or in sexual relations, etc.
Our dual wave 980nm+1470 nm wavelengths ensure high absorption in water and hemoglobin. The thermal penetration depth is significantly lower than, for example, the thermal penetration depth with Nd: YAG lasers. These effects enable safe and precise laser applications to be performed near sensitive structures while providing thermal protection of the surrounding tissue.
Compared to the CO2 laser, these special wavelengths offer significantly better hemostasis and prevent major bleeding during surgery, even in hemorrhagic structures.
As a unique company that develops and produces both diode lasers and optical fibers, we have bundled all our know-how to offer the right solution for every requirement in everyday surgery. With our dual diode laser Laseev Dual 980nm 1470nm (47w) and a clear set of instruments, you are well positioned to offer women gentle treatment methods, always with the goal of uterus preservation.

What is LVR?
The LVR is a Vaginal Rejuvenation Laser Treatment. The Laser main implications include : to correct/imporve stress urinary incontinence. Other symptoms to be treated include: vaginal dryness, burning, irritation, dryness and the sensation of pain and/oritching during sexual intercourse.
In this treatment, a diode laser is used to emit an infrared light that penetrates the deeper tissues, without altering the superficial tissue. The treatment is non-ablative, therefore absolutely safe. The resultis toned tissue and a thickening of the vaginal mucosa.
Why is laser vaginal rejuvenation done?
The wall of the vagina can change for a number of reasons, leading to dryness, pain during intercourse, or simply a reduction in enjoyment. Some women experience vaginal dryness after menopause, or find that the vagina becomes less elastic with age or after childbirth. This loss of elasticity might also result in repeated vaginal infections.
For women with vaginal dryness, oestrogen is commonly offered as a treatment option. This is not always effective, as well as being unsuitable for women who have had breast or ovarian cancer. In these situations laser vaginal rejuvenation may be a preferable option.
What does laser vaginal rejuvenation involve?
Laser vaginal rejuvenation usually involves two courses of treatment which are 4-6 weeks apart, although some people will need more appointments.
The doctor will insert a small rod gently into the vagina. The rod is then pulled back slowly, and a laser beam makes tiny holes in the vaginal lining. The holes stimulate new blood flow and tissue growth in the vagina.
You won't feel pain during the procedure, and usually the whole thing takes about 10 minutes. You don't need to do anything to prepare for the treatment.
Laser vaginal rejuvenation aftercare
Some women report side effects of slight discomfort and swelling after the treatment, but these symptoms generally disappear after a few days.
Results last for about 18 months to two years, and most women will have a "maintenance" treatment every 12 to 18 months.

The treatment is non-ablative, therefore absolutely safe. The result of the procedure is a toned tissue and thicker vaginal mucosa. The Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (LVR) treatment has the following procedure:
1. The LVR Treatment uses a sterile hand piece and radial laser fibre.
2. The radial laser fibre emits energy in all directions instead of targeting one area of the tissue at a time
3. Only the target tissues undergo the laser treatment without affecting the basal membrane.
As a result, the treatment improves neo-collagenesis resulting in toned vaginal tissue.
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation provides a quick, safe, highly effective and minimally invasive solution for a variety of female health concerns. It is an outpatient no pain procedure achieving immediate improvement with lasting results.

Benefits of Cosmetic Laser vaginal rehabilitation
Triangelaser Laseev 980nm 1470nm surgical laser diode is one of the best laser diodes to aid the rehabilitation of the vaginal tissue, thus improving the quality of women's health.
• Increased collagen
• Improved muscle tone
• Improved sensation and enhanced orgasms
• Reduced vaginal dryness
• Fully outpatient process without anaesthesia
• Effective, painless and non-invasive procedure
• No side effects
With thin, flexible glass fibers you have very good and precise control of the laser beam. The penetration of laser energy into deep structures is avoided and surrounding tissue is not affected. Working with quartz glass fibers in noncontact and contact offers tissue friendly cutting, coagulation and vaporization.
The gentle and, above all, uterine preserving treatment of polyps and myomas is especially important for women who wish to have children.
Polyps and myomas can be enucleated quickly and gently with the fiber. The use of standard diagnostic hysteroscopes with small diameter allows direct treatment during diagnosis. The laser energy avoids contraction of the uterine muscles and can therefore be used without or under minimal local anesthesia.
In addition, in the treatment of the uterine septum, the laser may be a more conservative technique that can maintain the muscular integrity of the uterus without weakening the myometrium. This can be a great advantage in women who wish to have children after surgical treatment.

The TRIANGELASER Laseev laser diode treatment for Cosmetic Gynaecology is a comfortable procedure. Being a non-ablative procedure, no superficial tissue is affected. This also means that there is no requirement for any special post-operative care.
How long is the treatment last?
For complete relief, it is advised that patient undergo 4 to 6 sessions in an interval of 15 to 21 days, where each session will be 15 to 30 minutes long. The LVR treatment consists of at least 4-6 sittings with a gap of 15-20 days with the complete vaginal rehabilitation completing in 2-3 months.
