Our BSZ pin mill machine can be used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, mainly for pulverizing.
It is suitable for milling materials with high fat, oil or sugar into fine powder type.
For common materials, such as spices, grains, crystal materials, etc, it's very suitable.
Our high speed wide chamber contraplex pin mill is very suitable for grinding seeds spices, like mustards seeds,cumin seeds, coriander seeds,black pepper,clove,nutmeg...etc
It can also grind cocoa nibs into cocoa liquor,and grind chemicals into fine powder.
It can be used without a dust collecting system, just a single mill.
If you don't want fine powder,a singe grind motor type pin mill is also optional. (for example if you need to make 60 mesh sugar powder.)
And for singe grind motor type pin mill, to save cost, too add a cyclone can be a simple dust remove method.
To make sure big capacity,automatic grinding, discharging and dust-free production,
A complete pin mill grinding unit is recommended.
Besides, pin mill can also be connected with liquid nitrogen, to make powder with much fat like nutmeg.
Some clients just connect liquid nitrogen to make more quality product;
For example, with liquid nitrogen connected,food powder's smell,oil and nutrition will be preserved very well while grinding.
