1-2 OULI workshop 

a.Composition of rubber single extrusion line/ hot air oven/microwave oven/rubber vulcanization line for LCM System:

(1)  saltbath dissolving tank

(2)  vulcanization tank

(3)  staged cleaning and cooling water tank

(4)  cleaning water collection and treatment tank

Rubber shaped materials are sulfurated, cleaned and cooled down in the devices from Part 1 to Part 3. Salt in the cleaning water is recovered in the devices from Part 4 to Part 1. Satisfactory system for fused salt filtration and waste gas treatment system are designed in the equipment for saltbath sulfurization.

OULI MACHINE will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.

Only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by OULI MACHINE,OULIMACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
