This portable DC charger adopts the latest digital rectifier power module and the full featured intelligent controlling system. All the chargers in this series are applicable for 400V and 800V charging platform. It gathers the charger, the charging interface, the human-computer interaction interface (touch screen), communication, charging and other functional parts into a whole. The integrated design makes it distinguished from the big capacity chargers consisted of traditional analog power modules, and ensures a more stable and more efficient charging procedure.
The portable DC charger is mainly applicable for the areas with limited capacity but strong charging needs, such as apartments, hospitals and high-grade residences.Based on the present new energy capacity assessment, it takes 2-3 hours to fully charge an ev.

TEEV-DC 20KW portable DC chargers have the following features and functions:
1. Safe and stable:
This AC charger has over voltage, under voltage and over load protection functions. When the charging voltage is over/under the default voltage, the whole charger will stop charging immediately, to ensure the safety of the user and the charging equipment. When the charging currency is over the default currency, there will be warning signal and the power supply will be cut off right away.

8. Controller with Moisture proof&Mildew proof&Salt fog&Anti-rust protection functions:
Inside the charger there is printed circuit board. All the electric circuits are moisture proof, mildew proof and salt fog, so the charger can adapt the server outdoor environment which may be humid and salt fog. All the accessories , the shell and the iron shelf exposed outside adopt double layer anti-rust treatment. All the non-iron metal shells either have anti-oxidation protection films or have been anti-oxidized.
9. Attractive appearance:
Integrated shell craftwork; raw material injection moulding; three layers metal paints; purple laser, printing, again oil spray paint protection. All these craftwork achieve the attractive appearance which is brief, simple and elegant. Color and logo can be customized.

Yes, we have both AC charger testing lines and DC charger testing lines. For each charging pile, we have 100% test during production and double test before shipping with professional testing instruments.
Q7. What is your warranty term?
We provide 1 year warranty for the whole charging pile.
Q8. How about your delivery time?
Normally 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q9. What is your packing method?
For wall mounted chargers and upright post charging piles, we use thick plastic bag+styrofoam box+ carton;
For floor type chargers, the power module and charger body are packed separately with bubble film+pearl cotton+wooden box+standard wood base.
Q10. What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit before producing, and 70% balance before shipment, both by T/T.
Q11. Do you provide after service spare parts?
Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our ev chargers.
