**Water-Cooled Screw Chiller with Semi-Hermetic Double Screw Compressor**

Our water-cooled screw chiller features a semi-hermetic double screw compressor and is designed with either a single return route or multi-loop system for easy maintenance. The protective and control facilities are integrated into the control box, with the main engine's operating conditions displayed on a computer monitor.

**Main Components**

1. **Compressor**
   - Utilizes a positive displacement double helix design, compatible with various refrigerants.
   - Houses two spiral rotors, with the negative rotor driven by the positive rotor, ensuring minimal vibration and a wide adjustment range.
   - Employs a differential pressure oil supply method, eliminating the need for a lubrication oil pump.
   - Integrated oil separator reduces the compressor's footprint and simplifies the refrigerant circulation process.
   - A secondary oil separator between the air exhaust outlet and condenser minimizes oil carryover, enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
   - The slide valve, driven by an electric valve and liquid pressure system, allows for adjustable capacity, enabling partial load operation with 25%-100% stepless adjustment.
   - Fuzzy control principle ensures continuous energy regulation, fully matching building load demands.

2. **Shell and Tube Evaporator and Condenser**
   - Shell: Made from high-quality steel plate designed for pressure vessels, conforming to national standards NB/T47012-2010.
   - Insulated with fire and water-resistant material.
   - Evaporator baffle made from corrosion-resistant PVC, enhancing turbulent flow and heat exchange efficiency.
   - Refrigerant distributor ensures equal refrigerant flow in each heat exchange tube, improving overall heat exchange efficiency.
   - Copper tubes: High-efficiency DAC corrugated inner-thread heat exchange tubes, enhancing heat transfer and ensuring effective cooling and heating.

3. **Expansion Valve**
   - Electric expansion control system with 2600 steps for precise control.
   - Regulates refrigerant superheat and pressure to ensure optimal chiller performance and maximum capacity.

4. **Power Distribution Control Box**
   - Includes compressor start equipment, power protector, and microcomputer controller.
   - Features renowned brand components suitable for a wide temperature range.
   - The microcomputer controller operates stably from -15ºC to 65ºC and supports automatic control, RS-232, and RS-485 communication interfaces for remote control capabilities.
