ARCLION series FRP Softener Water Tank, the design pressure is 150 PSI. the standard models are 5 inches - 80 inches (diameter 130mm - 2000mm). The FRP tanks from 30"-80" with upper filling port/lower discharge port are available. They are using food grade HDPE liner, epoxy resin + glass fiber winding reinforcement. Products is certified by NSF and ISO 9001. They are can stand more than 100,000 times of fatigue test & burst test with 4 times of its design pressure. Raw material of rotomolded liner is PE food grade, non-toxic, tasteless and more hygienic. The 6 inch flange for top /bottom opening and 4 inch or 6inch flange for filling/discharge port, they are made of aviation aluminum modified material. The opening of the FRP Softener Water Tanks and the PE liner are seamlessly connected by an integral rotomolding, which is more reliable against leakage and more stable for pressure. This design makes filling and discharge more convenient and reduces damage to valves and water distributors. And there is a design of ant-vacuum valve, it can protect the tanks damaged from the formation of vacuum negative pressure or improper over pressure.

When assembling the base of each jar, the masters must use a level to measure and confirm the level of the product before it can be packed into the warehouse.
