ARCLION series FRP pressure tank, the design pressure is 150 PSI. They are using food grade HDPE liner, epoxy resin + glass fiber winding reinforcement. The opening is divided into industrial, civil and flange connection. The specifications and models are 5 inches - 80 inches (diameter 130mm - 2000mm). The working temperature is 1ºC - 49ºC(34ºF - 120ºF). They are can stand more than 100,000 times cyclic fatigue test and 4 times burst test of the design pressure. Products have passed NSF certification, international ISO9001 quality system certification and CE certification. Arclion FRP tanks with upper filling port/lower discharge port are available. OEM FRP tanks also available. The standard color is natural and blue, other optional colors are available. Each of our tanks all tested for 1.2 times Hydrostatic pressure before leaving factory to make sure the stability of quality of Chengda products. The warranty is two years. FRP tanks are ideal used for water softening equipment in food processing plants, manufacturing plants, condominiums, boiler feedwater, institutions, municipal, multimedia filters, carbon filters, iron filters, calcite filters and specialty media filters.

All the base is produced by ourselves and is made of high quality first hand material,not used material, the damage rate and deformation rate of the base are 5%-9% lower than others.
The surface of the opening is smooth/flat
2.5"/4" threaded port and 6" flange port , each opening surface is machined, flat, smooth, no blisters and air bubbles, so as to ensure no leakage after installing the valve.
The unique ID code for each tank
At the bottom of each tanks all have a unique ID code. Use this ID code: first, anti -counterfeiting identification; second, can find which person in charge of it during production.
