High-speed, densely packed projectile beams are ejected, striking the steel parts from all directions. This comprehensive cleaning process swiftly removes corrosion, welding slag, and oxidation, achieving an optimal surface roughness and smoothness. This not only enhances the adhesion of paint films but also significantly improves steel fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, thereby boosting the intrinsic quality of the steel and extending its service life.
