Product Description
The SCR power regulator is the core component of the heating system for the spheroidized annealing furnace
1. Provide adjustable maximum and basic quantities, EN61000-4-2,EN61000-4-4,EN610000-4-6,EN61000-4-8,Low Voltage directive:73/23 EEC.
2. Signal reception can be adjusted, providing reception of 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V (standard factory setting value is 4-20mA)
3. Adjustable frequency of use: Phase control can be adjusted to 50/60Hz, DIP Switch can switch by itself (zero position shared by 50/60Hz)
4. Phase control provides buffering for 8 seconds or no buffering, which can be switched by oneself.
5. Power regulator protection function: semiconductor specific fast fuse breakage detection, source power phase loss, body overheating.
6. Load short-circuit protection: It contains a semiconductor specific fast fuse, which is not afraid of damage to the power regulator body caused by load short-circuit.
