1000*2000mm waterjet cutting machine with 420mpa intensifier pump and CE, cantilever type
if with our new design direct drive pump, the electricity cost will be 60% lower and cutting speed will be 20% higher.
A full set of abrasive waterjet cutting machine includes work table, pump,CNC controller, High pressure system with cooling system, Auto abrasive feeder, Water treatment and Abrasive removal system,etc.
Equipment framework adopts supper heavy support system. The heavy-duty support of the equipment is rigid enough to ensure the stability under long-span and high-speed operation. With a multi-point fixing method in the length direction of the frame, there is no any deformation displacement during operation, which ensure the cutting accuracy.

2. Work table of CNC motion mechanism and workpiece supporting adopts a split structure, which eliminates the influence of water gushing on cutting precision during cutting
3. X-axis,Y- axis use high quality LINDEN SWEDEN rack and pinion, TBI rail, which ensure the accuracy of bearing parts, stable conveying, hard-wearing quality. During cutting, it causes splashing sand and water. Fully enclosed lifting structure design in Z-axis prevents corrosion of lead screws and guides.

The CNC 905 has also been completed with a small but powerful CAM, The shap CAM that
allows:
1. To choose the basis profile where to operate.
2. To set of the start and stop points and their parameters
3. To apply a series of attributes to the selected profile( changes of scale, mirro image, rotation)
4. To repeat the selected profile until a plate of set dimensions has been completed or on a matrix with a defined number of
lines and columns.
5. To graphically simulate to the programmed operation .
6. To save the operation and to call it back later ; the selection is provided by a graphic help.
