The rated capacity of BK/DG series single phase transformer (hereinafter referred to as BK/DG transformer) could be 50VA to 300KVA for normal products. The voltage ratio could be diverse based on customers' requirements. The normal voltage ratio is 380V/220V, 220V/220V, 220V/110V, 220V/12V, 220V/24V, 220V/36V, 220V/48V etc. It is applicable in electrical circuit of 50Hz/60Hz and voltage under 1000V. It's an ideal single phase power transformer for lathe and electrical appliance. Besides, it could be used as power supply for lighting.

Q: How long is the lead time?
A: It's normally five to ten days. Certainly it depends on the quantity and product requirements. If the quantity is not that large, 10 days or so. If it's normal products, it takes us less than 10 days to produce it. For large quantity and customized products, it needs 20 to 30 days.
Q: How do you control the product quality?
A: From material coming to product manufacturing, we have professional staff who are responsible for quality inspection. Only the product is up to standard, can we ship it to our customers.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A:FOB/CIF/CFR,normally with 30% deposit for normal products and at least 50% advance payment for tailored products and all balance paid before shipment.
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We provide one year warranty for our customers. If there is any problem occurred to the product, we could supply the spare parts for you for free. During the warranty period, we would provide technical support with you in case there is any question.
Q: Could you please provide technical support in product installation?
A: Yes, certainly. We have a professional technical team which is responsible for product installation and application guidance for our customers.
Q: What certificates have you obtained?
A: We have obtained CE and ISO:9001 certificates so far. We are trying to get more certificates related to our products.

A: For large products, we use strong wooden case for protection. For small products, we use carton.
Q: Can you put our logo on your product?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. If the quantity is large, your logo could be put on our products.

A: Our markets include central Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Africa, South America, and North America etc.
Q: What about your capacity?
A: It depends on the product. For instance, for small-power products, we could produce ten thousand pcs a month while 2000 pcs for larger-power products.
Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The major material is copper for large current transformers. It is decided upon your requirements and your budget.
