Product Description
U-Cup Rod Seal
U-Cup Rod Seal are used as single-acting, single-lip, compact seals. This seal can be installed in a simple way and positioned by an interference fit on the outer diameter of the seal, creating a static seal. It has an asymmetric sealing lip with a shorter inner lip.
It possess a powerful dynamic lip ,it's static lip have a wide contact area , which brings a valid positioning in the groove.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Pressure: 40 MPa
Speed: 0.5m/s or 0.7 m/s
Temperature: -50 °C to ~ 110 °C
Media : mineral oil ,hydraulic fluids(besides HFC-water glycol,HFD- Phosphate ester synthetic liquid ,Brake Fluid),fuel oil and water
