Polyurethane Pu Sheet
Polyurethane Pu Sheet is with excellent in anti-abrasion and high elasticity. There are different thickness and size. Their mainly function is to reduce pressure. PU Sheet is widely used as Cushion, Anti-Pressing and Heavy Load parts. Pu Plate is widely used for bumpers, gears, bearings, drive belts, valve seats, mallet heads and solvent lines.

Polyurethane board has both high strength of plastic board and high elasticity of rubber board. Polyurethane board has the following characteristics:
1. Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The conventional hardness range of polyurethane board is Shore A70-95.
2. High strength. Under the hardness of rubber, their breaking strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of common rubber. Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastic.
3. Wear resistance. Its wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 00.10(cm3)/1.61km, which is about 3-5 times that of rubber.
4. Oil resistance. Polyurethane board has little affinity
with nonpolar mineral oil, and is hardly eroded in fuel oil and machine oil.
5. Good oxygen and ozone resistance.
6. Excellent vibration absorption performance, which can reduce vibration and buffer. Replace rubber and spring in mold manufacturing industry.
7. Good low temperature performance.
8. Radiation resistance. Polyurethane has good resistance to high-energy radiation, and still has satisfactory service performance under 10-10 doses of radiation.
