XCS-1100PC Automatic Folder Gluer
The main machine:
Feeder:feeder adopt independent motor with inverter,and also coordinated with main part in same speed ratio,so that the box can keep stable distance while running.
Prefold unit:three-plate conveyer belt structure, lengthening prefolding(left 180°, right 135° ), convenient for the box need to run on automatic packing flow line. meet automatic production line needs. Meet the carton can be reserved for additional purchase,can be upgraded for four / six corner box or a special back lock box, servo control back lock system .
The bottom of the hook:the hook is equipped with a high-speed grinding machine, and is equipped with suction dust.Up and down glue tube, with the unique design of lock products (optional extras from the hot and cold glue Dynamic spray system).
Final folding unit:Lengthening to meet long box,such as LED box.Up and down belt was driven by motor for smooth box transportation.
