We take pride in offering an extensive range of over 150 plate models, featuring an assortment of corrugation shapes, angles, and depths. Each plate is precisely matched with its respective mould. Our plates are fabricated from superior materials such as SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy Alloy, Nickel, and 254MO, available in thicknesses of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm. Our advanced pressing technologies ensure a tolerance of less than 0.3mm for shaped plates and a burring height of under 0.2mm during blanking. Quality assurance is performed using magnifying glass inspections and diagnostic machinery. We strive to deliver top-tier products for complete customer satisfaction, complemented by exceptional service.
