Hangxiao Steel Structure holds Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification of Special Construction for Steel Structures.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has accumulated extensive expertise in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, we have embarked on research and
development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
undertaking numerous multi-high-rise projects. Additionally, the
company has integrated cutting-edge equipment such as double arc
and double wire door welding machines with American
Lincoln power supplies, and Nippon Steel's slag welding machines,
among others.
Our steel truss formwork, a three-dimensional plate welding system,
integrates the steel bar in the floor which is processed into steel
plates at the factory, along with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This sophisticated formwork system seamlessly merges construction
and application design to support wet concrete weight and live load
during construction. The panels are laid directly on site beams.
After straightforward steel engineering work, concrete is poured.
Hangxiao employs a world-leading steel truss formwork
production line, ensuring that quality and flexibility in processing
equipment remain unmatched on the global stage.
