The machine tool is a table mobile CNC gantry drilling machine, which can use cemented carbide drill bits for internal cooling high-speed drilling or high-speed rigid twist drill bit external cold drilling. Widely used in engineering machinery, steel structure, bridge, pressure vessel, chemical environmental protection, ship and other industries. The processing process is numerically controlled, easy to operate, and can realize automated, high-precision, multi-variety, mass production.

3. the main components of the machine tool
1, gantry frame - sliding table - bed
Gantry frame, sliding table, bed, table are welded. Component cavity reasonable distribution reinforcement, with good rigidity and accuracy retention, the overall annealing and vibration aging treatment, greater limit to eliminate stress, to ensure accuracy stability, ensure the stability of machine precision.
2. Cross slide seat
The cross sliding seat moves along the beam to form the Y-direction feed movement. Using heavy duty ball linear guide pair, the support guide is distributed in inclined step to make the force more reasonable.
3. Slide pillow milling power head
The ram moves up and down along the cross slide seat to form the Z axis movement. The ram is provided with a hydraulic balance mechanism to prevent the headstock from channeling due to sudden power failure and other reasons, to ensure the stability of the headstock movement and cutting safety.
4. Workbench
The worktable is fixed and easy to unload, avoiding the influence of high quality worktable and workpiece on dynamic performance, and also avoiding the dynamic performance change caused by workpiece quality change.
5. Chip removal system
Both sides of the fixed table are equipped with chain plate chip removal device. The iron chips produced in the processing process are transported to the chain chip removal machine at the bottom of the machine tool through the chip removal device, and finally to the chip removal car.
6. Numerical control system
The control system of this machine tool adopts Fanuc OI-MF numerical control system, adopts semi-closed-loop control, and controls X, Y and Z three-axis linkage, which can realize the function of linear and circular interpolation.

This machine is equipped with a disc tool changer, which can realize the automatic tool change function. The tool magazine capacity is 24 pieces, and the tool can be changed automatically according to the processing needs. The shank is based on MAS BT50 standard and the stud is 45°.
