XWFGJ-6 Automatic High Speed Seaming Machine
Product DescriptionWhen empty cans enter the lifting tray by dialing wheel, the empty cans are lifted and sealed. After the cans are sealed, the head of the cover mechanism is pushed out, and then the empty cans are transported into and out of the cans. Mainly using Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and proximity switch, Korean vacuum sensor, solenoid valve, the entire production speed can be set on the touch screen according to the requirements.

1,The overall structure of the new XWFGJ is more reasonable and beautiful than that of the old XWFGJ250.
2,The diameter of the head of the new sealing machine is obviously larger than that of the original machine. All the heavy bearings are installed. The service life of the sealing cam is prolonged, and its normal service life is increased by more than five times.
3,The new machine sealing shaft adopts a two-axis structure with head-track roller and two-track roller separately, so that the feed of the sealing wheel can be adjusted and controlled separately, and the sealing quality will not be affected by the cam is processing error or wear.
4,The rotation direction of the new machine is counter-clockwise when sealing, so that the turn direction of the new machine can be automatically separated from the sealing machine after sealing, which can avoid the scratch of the jar and the tank body.
