Product DescriptionModern liquid nitrogen filling system adopts rocket insulation technology and man-machine interface design. Precise dripping, automatic adjustment and automatic tracking. There is no tank without filling, but there is a tank with filling. The whole process of anti-freezing protection is simple and easy to operate, and the utilization rate of liquid nitrogen is greatly improved.
All three cans of drinks can be packed in two thinner cans of aluminium. Before filling and sealing, the liquid nitrogen can be precisely dripped into - 196 C by modern liquid nitrogen filling technology. Then, the liquid nitrogen can absorb heat in a short time, expand 700 times and become gas nitrogen. One is to remove the air (especially oxygen) from the tank, so that the shelf life of the product will be longer; the other is to create internal pressure in the tank, so that the product can enter the sterilizing pot to withstand 121 degrees C for a long time, so that it will not be deformed after cooling and during packaging and handling. Thirdly, aluminium cans are lighter than iron cans, which reducesthe cost of handling; fourthly, aluminium cans are not rusty and suitable for refrigeration. 5. Aluminum cans are cheaper than iron cans.
