XWXD400 Empty can unloader
Product DescriptionXWXD400 automatic unloader is mainly suitable for the automatic unloading of stacked tinplate empty cans. It will stack empty cans on the stack board, lift them from bottom to top and push them to the conveying chain layer by layer. It can be used with empty cans spraying and flushing machine to replace manual tank unloader and traditional empty cans unloader. It can save a lot of labor and improve production capacity.
The stacking direction, tank outlet direction and operation table position of the machine can be flexibly changed according to user is requirements.
Functional characteristics
I. Operation process.
After the empty cans are put on the pallet conveyor by forklift, the operator removes the wrapping film, strapping and the top wooden frame from the empty cans; the pallet conveyor sends the cans into the main room of the depalletizing machine and starts to lift the cans in layers, which will be automatically locked and positioned accurately after reaching the specified height; the clamping depalletizing and pushing device will smoothly push the cans to the net chain buffer platform horizontally; the paper sheets of the compartment are manually taken out and stacked on the platform of the compartment, which means that one layer has been unloaded; repeat After the cycle until the complete stack is unloaded, the empty pallet is lowered to the bottom and the pallet conveyor sends out the empty pallet. The empty cans are sent to the next process through the net chain buffer table and the overhead conveyor line. The whole action process is controlled automatically by PLC system, or it can be switched to manual gear, which is controlled by operator step by step, motor transmission, motor lifting and cylinder action.
II. Main components and materials.
(1) unloading cans host room: the main body of the frame is made of 200 * 200 * 4mm square tube welded, and the three sides of the baffle plate in contact with the cans is 1.5mm thickness stainless steel material.
(2) Lifting mechanism: motor-driven, chain frame type lifting; layered lifting, automatic locking.
(3) pushing the can mechanism: by the motor, synchronous belt plus rail steel combination, smooth and reliable transmission, easy maintenance, clip can mechanism by two cylinders to drive the connecting rod to complete the action.
(4) Net chain buffer table: high quality plastic steel modular net chain; 2.8 meters long.
(5) Operator corridor: width 500mm, with guardrail with stairs, paved with patterned bottom board.
(6) Pallet Conveyor: Convey and cache can pallets; carbon steel structure (rectangular steel 120x80x5mm), three can pallets can be preset.
(7) Electrical system: PLC and HMI are made of Taiwan Delta, low-voltage electric is made of Schneider, cylinder and pneumatic components are made of high quality domestic brand.
