The machine is mainly used for cutting square pipes, H-beams and angles. The equipment includes traverse loading frame, fixed-length conveying mechanism, pipe clamping mechanism, cutting robot arm, plasma cutting power supply and discharge rollerway.
This machine is used for plasma cutting process of various profiles. It consists of three main stations: fixed-length conveying, cutting and unloading. The movement is designed in the form of servo control, and the precise setting of the discharge size ensures the processing accuracy. Equipped with a robotic cutting system, the processing efficiency is greatly improved. The movement of the cutting gun is controlled by the robot to automatically position the first cutting position and complete the automatic cutting of the whole material; during the cutting process, the arc tracking system will automatically track the cutting seam, adjust the horizontal and height position of the cutting gun to avoid the deviation of the cutting seam position, and automatically integrate the intelligent control system for continuous operation.

Warranty period of one year (since the completion of mechanical debugging at the buyer's factory). During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the equipment, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge, but we do not provide coverage for perishable parts, lost parts, consumable parts, or human damaged parts.
