3. The split drive shaft is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to other parts. This machine adopts electric separable structure, users can complete single-color, double-color or multi-color printing separately according to the different needs of the product, and it is easy to maintain, and has pneumatic locking and split positioning functions, which are accurate, convenient and quick to operate.
4. High-precision helical gear transmission, all gears are made of 45# alloy steel, quenched and processed by the tooth, so that the transmission gear has high strength, good wear resistance and stable transmission.
5. The shaft and the gear are connected by a tensioning sleeve, and there is no key connection, there will be no gap when using high torque, the installation and maintenance are more convenient, the long-term transmission accuracy is high, and the printing registration is guaranteed.
6. The lubrication adopts the oil pump automatic spray lubrication system to ensure the life of transmission accuracy.

1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.
2. Each paper feeding part adopts 5 hanging chains, which can adjust the size of the cardboard, and the size can be customized according to user requirements.
3. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a 4-post thickened table with a thickness of 5mm.

5. An interlock control switch is installed at the rear of the machine to realize emergency stop and jog.
