Product Description
XWE5000 IC card embedding machine is for embedding chip into a card cavity. It is available for ACF DI card chip embedding.
Machine stations
- XWE5000 is control by PC and servo motor.
- Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor. Cards are sent automatically by conveyor and has high accuracy of positioning .
- The direction of milled and un-milled card will be automatically inspected.
- Different size of implanting mould is easy to replace.
- The pneumatic clip with the function of automatical adjustment will put the card on the desired place.
- The Optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before implanted.
- IC card will be automatically positioned to ensure the high accuracy of implanting.
- Implanted card is up to ISO7816 standard and the machine equipped with the device for testing the accuracy of the implanted chip
- Test the modular ATR before collecting card.
- OCR to check embedding chip result.
