3.Main design point of the carton packing machine
1. TP-C15 type carton packing machine design speed 20 boxes per minute, the actual speed of 16 boxes per minute (related to the packaging specifications).
2. Recommend double-feed mode on both sides feeding the paper, which is beneficial to increase the speed of the whole machine.
3. The carton is made of sheet material and bonded with hot-melt sealant after molding.
4. The machine is easy to change specifications and the key components are easy to adjust.
Overview of machine functions
3.1.Features of Cartoning Machine
TP-c15 is a kind of intelligent automatic cartoning machine which can pack various kinds of tissue paper products. The carton is opened by the automatic carton opener and put into the cartoning roller line. When the tissue paper is ready in the feeding channel, the tissue paper is grabbed by the automatic robot and sent to the packing carton automatically. The filled cartons pass through the automatic sealing machine and finish the sealing work. This assembly line is greatly convenient for operation, management, reducing production personnel and labor intensity, and is an essential equipment for automatic scale production.
1) The whole machine adopts PLC and 3-axis servo motion controller as the driving and control unit to realize the fully automatic servo drive control operation of product incoming material conveying, channeling, sorting, grasping, opening, entering and sealing.
2) The whole machine realizes the automatic palletizing and packing of large packages of tissues with single independent packaging.
3)The opening and sealing unit adopts outsourced standard machine, which is convenient for operation and easy to change specifications.
4) man-machine interface: touch screen setting and operation, simple and convenient operation.
5) fault self-diagnosis tracking alarm: can quickly find out the cause and location of the fault and automatically displayed on the touch screen, easy to maintain the equipment.
6) monitoring system: with or without packing boxes, product monitoring, to prevent no packing boxes or no product operation, to prevent less packets leakage.
7) packaging speed can be freely adjusted, the maximum working speed of 6 boxes / min.
8) automatic sealing by tape, firm and reliable, beautiful sealing, stable operation.
9) The feeding system adopts servo system to intelligently divide the material for feeding, to meet the different products with different specifications of boxing.
10) Configured with air source management function, fault alarm display function and servo overload protection function.
