DTAM D39 wide-area radar microwave detector is a self-developed microwave vehicle detector with high detection accuracy and stable detection performance. The traffic sensing device uses active scanning array radar technology, which can detect no less than 8 lanes in both directions, and the maximum longitudinal detection length can reach 350 meters. It can not only provide traffic statistics such as flow, speed, occupancy, etc., but also provide real-time vehicle pulse information, vehicle instant data, vehicle passing data, and real-time regional data, including queue length, number of vehicles in the interval, etc.

Installation Instructions

1. Intersections

The types of intersections in the city include: crossroads, T-intersections, and multi-fork intersections (more than 4 roads). There are two ways to install an intersection:
1) The radar is installed on the signal light pole to observe the oncoming lane;
2) The radar is installed behind the electric pole to observe the oncoming lane.

2. Road Segments

The installation methods for road scenes are usually divided into front installation and side installation. The front installation is usually installed on the gantry, and the side installation can be installed on the side pole of the gantry or the L-shaped pole on the roadside.
