2-4 Frictional torque of output shaft
Frictional torque shall be as follows/gf.cm  
2-5 Noise level
Noise level of motor shall be less than 45 dB energized with 24VDC and 100 pps in no load condition, measured 10 cm from motor.
2-6 Shaft Strength
Radial strength: more than 2 kgf without failure for 10 sec.
Pull out strength: more than 2 kgf without failure for 10 sec.
Push out strength: more than 2 kgf without failure for 10 sec.
2-7 Leadwire pulling strength
Motor and leadwire:  more than 1kgf/strand.
Leadwire and connector:  more than 1kgf/strand.
2-8 Gear post strength
Gear post shall withstand without mechanical failure through 30 cycle endurance test.1 cycle comprised of 180º back and forth rotation of output shaft at speed of 1 second.

2-9 Detent torque
Static detent torque shall be more than 500gf.cm measured with pulley weight method.

ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE AND PROPERTIES
3-1 Operating conditions:
Operating condition shall be as follows:

Relative Humidity 35%~85%
 Motor shall satisfy requirements in 1-5,1-8,1-9,1-10,1-12,2-1,2-3,2-5,in operating conditions.
3-2 Storage conditions
Storage temperature -20ºC~60ºC or 80ºC,Less than 48H
3-3 Test conditions shall be as follows

Relative Humidity65±5%
These condition is applied to requirements in 1-5,1-8,1-9,1-10,2-1,2-2 and 2-3.
Actual test conditions of 5ºC~35ºC,45%~85% applicable as far as test results
are reliable.
3-4 Environmental test
Motor shall satisfy requirements in 1-8,1-9,1-10,2-1 and 2-4,2-7 after environmental test.
3-4-1 Humidity test
Motor stored in ambient condition of 40ºC 90%~95% relative humidity for 48 hours then retrieved and stored in normal ambient condition for 30 minutes.
3-4-2 High temperature storage test
Motor stored in ambient condition of 80ºC, less than 50% relative humidity for 48 hours then retrieved and stored in normal ambient condition for 30 minutes.
3-4-3 Low temperature storage test
Motor stored in ambient condition of -20ºC for 48 hours then retrieved and stored in normal ambient condition for 30 minutes.

3-4-4 Thermal shock test
5 cycles of thermal shock cycles. 1 cycle consists of successional storage in 60ºC for 2 hours,storage in normal conditions,stored in -10ºC for 2 hours and finally in normal condition again. Measurement shall be made after storage in normal ambient condition for 30 minutes.
3-4-5 Vibration test
Motor shall withstand vibration test when subjected to a vibration of 1000 cpm with 2 mm full wave for 20 minutes in three directions respectively.
3-4-6 Shock or Dropping test
Motor shall withstand without failure when added 80G shock force 1 time,X,Y and Z direction respectively,or dropped 1 time in X,Y,and Z direction from height of 75 cm to the concrete floor with motor in packaged condition.

4 ENDURANCE TEST
Motor shall satisfy requirements in 1-5,1-7,1-9,1-10 and 2-5,2-8,2-9 after 5000 hours of 90º Back and forth continuous rotation in 900gf.cm load, 24 VDC,100 pps. Pull in torque shall satisfy 1-8.

5 FRICTION MECHANISM ENDURANCE TEST
Frictional torque of output shaft shall be from /gf.cm after 1000 cycles
endurance test. 1 cycles consists of 180º back and forth rotation of output shaft and clutch mechanism must be slipped through this test.
