APG Technical Process
The solid seal column uses the APG technique, the automatic pressure gel molding of epoxy resin. It can shorten the production cycle of epoxy insulation from ten hours to ten minutes, and can control exothermic effect well. It can compensate the shrinkage caused by curing reaction, and has excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. Especially applied to vacuum circuit breaker sealing pole column, complex, thin wall, multi-directional core extraction products are more advantageous.The APG process includes three processes: pre-mixing, automatic pressure gel, and solidification after molding.
APG process equipment mainly includes mould, Pre-mixing capacity, mobile injection special pressure vessel, full hydraulic automatic pressure gel molding machine, air compressor, after solidification need oven and necessary auxiliary machine.
The automatic pressure gel technology(APG) of liquid epoxy resin is a kind of pressure gel technology(PG), which is developed on the basis of vacuum casting technology of epoxy resin. Pressure gel process(PG) is a technology developed by Ciba-Geogy in Switzerland in 1957. In the early seventies, PG technology was further integrated and an automatic pressure gel(APG) technology was developed. APG technology is suitable for liquid epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane resin and organic silicone resin, but in the electrical, electrical and electronic industry, a large number of applications are liquid epoxy resin.
