Heating: First, place the plastic plate on the heating platform and heat the plastic to its softening point by electric heating, infrared radiation, or conduction. Heating is a process that requires precise control of temperature and time to ensure that the plastic can soften evenly.
Molding: When the plastic reaches the appropriate softening temperature, the manipulator or sliding device will quickly move it to the molding area of the mold. At this stage, by applying positive pressure to the mold, the plastic is pushed to fully fit the shape of the mold to form the desired product. The positive pressure system ensures the stability and consistency of the material during the molding process.
Cooling: After molding, the product needs to be cooled to solidify its shape.
