- This machine suitable for multi-color printing of BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD or similar film or paper, etc.
- Main transmission adopts vector inverter control vector electrical driving each printing unit, to save energy.
- Printing plate adopts air cylinder control, lateral adjustment using screw bar movement, to save time and improve printing quality.
- Doctor blade adjustable for up-down or any angle, pressure adopts double air cylinder, lateral adjustment using synchronous motor rotating cam movement, for longer use life.
- Printing press adopts double air cylinder and cam auto-lock position, to ensure uniform pressure for better printing color.
- Overprinting adopts computer control synchronous motor by reducer drive ball screw bar adjustment, to achieve high-precision auto-overprinting.
- Adopt double station feeding and collecting reel stand, automatic change rolls and automatic rewind, traction tension using variable frequency vector control line speed, to improve efficiency, save material and ink.
- Drying system adopts centrifugal blower fan, heating tube equipped on each drying unit, with intelligent temperature controller, cooling system adopts centrifugal blower fan, roller with water cooling, to film cooling and save energy.
