1. Introduction:
Attentions should be paid to the below when using the oven capillary thermostat:
First, the thermostat's installation and connection must strictly as per the Operation Instruction. It shall act as a guide and help you to fit the thermostat to its right place. In case of confirmation of the correct wiring, power then could be connected for testing.
Second, the newly purchased thermostat/temperature controller should be verified before installation. If it's OK, then put it into real use.
Third, setting the right temperature point. It is directly related to the execution of process parameters. And then will have an influence on the temperature. Thus, in case of causing the temperature deviation, it is especially important to set the right temperature point before any operation, with careful and serious reference to the process parameters. As for the moving-coil type thermostat, when the present temperature is around the setting range, if the pointer is above or below the set value, several individuals may happen to the clamping stagnation. Under such circumstance, you only need to tap on the surface of the instrument, then the pointer will come close to the setting value.

1.First of all, users need to measure the thermostat model number and specification details according to the practical operating environment as well as the product features;
2.During installation, the cover should be stick to the temperature-controlled surface, in addition, coating the temperature-controlled surface with Heat-Conducting Silicone Grease or other heat-conducting medium with similar properties;
3.Do not collapse or deform the cap during installation to avoid temperature variation or other performance;
4.Do not allow conductive gas or conductive material to enter the thermostat or the surface of the pollution thermostat, so as not to affect the electrical insulation performance.
