Ringlock Scaffolding System 

RinglockScaffolding Rosette
A Rosette is made of 9mm,9.5mm and 10mm steel. it contains 8 lasered openings into which a locking wedge or spigot fits. Scaffolding components such as diagonals, consoles, ... are clamped around the rosette each 45 degrees. The rosette thus allows very flexible 360° assembly.

Main components of ringlock scaffolding

Scaffolding ringlock Standards are the vertical members of ringlok scaffolding.They provide the vertical support for scaffolding. Were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.The ringlock standard bears the loads from the scaffold down to the earth.                                             

Ledgers are the horizontal members of HS Roundlock scaffolding.They provide horizontal support for loads and planks.Ledgers can also be used as mid rail and top pr hand guard rails.Were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.

Brace
Bay braces are used for the lateral bracing HS Roundlock scaffolding.Bay braces can also be used as obtuse angle mid rail and top pr hand rails in conjunction with our stair system.Were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.

Base Collar
The base collar is designed to "base out" the HS Roundlock scaffold system sitting on top of the screw jack creating a lower node point,were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.

Intermidiate Transom
Inter-transom are designed to create a transom at the deck level anywhere inside of the bay by stradding the outer ledgers/transoms of the bay. Were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.

HOP-UP BRACKET
Hop -Up Bracket are designed to increase the width of the working platform from five boards to seven or eight boards wide ,by supporting additional boards beyond the inside face of the scaffold .They incorporate a cup to locate an additioanl inside ledger ,which lincks adjacent hop-up brackets to prevent movement ,while also supporting intermediate transoms .There is also a location point for a handrail post if required.

Spigot Adapter Clamp

The Spigot Adapter Clamp was designed to connent Ringlock Standards along the length of Tubular Ledgers, Truss Ledgers, and Girders. 

It is also well known as scaffold spigot adaptor, ringlock support spigot clamp.

Steel Plank is also well known as steel boards, metal planks, steel scaffold planks and galvanized steel planks etc . Metal planks have fire prevention, prevent many sands, light weight, corrosion resistance and durable.

When metal scaffold boards are used, the steel pipe used to build scaffolding can be appropriately reduced and the efficiency of construction can be improved.

1.What about after service ?
Our all products are fully tested before despatch, and we have  traceability system. Please contact our after-service team once you have any product problem with some photos and videos to help us analyze them. We can make new ones to replace or reasonable compensation on both agreement.

2.What are the payment terms you can accept ?
T/T and L/C, others are negotiable.

3.What is your MOQ ?
Normally we accept one full container, but for special products we are happy to communicate with customer about order quantity.

4.Can we customize our company logo or name on products?
Yes, we can make permanent logo or sticker on products as the requirement from the customer.

5.How fast can you finish the order ?
