MLS series burst pressure test bench can carry out water (oil) pressure test on various pipelines and containers. For different test purposes, multi-step pressure test and blast test can be carried out on the test piece by pressure setting.
Description of equipment actions and the functions implemented
1. Perform pressure burst test on hoses, hoses, etc.;
2. Use a pneumatic booster system to adjust the boost rate within a certain range as needed;
3. Using the pneumatic supercharger independently developed by our company as the supercharging device, the boosting speed is fast and the pressure is stable;
4. Manually operated valve control, double gauge memory type pressure gauge displays pressure, wherein the red needle can be fixed at the maximum pressure value, and manually return to zero after the recording is completed;
