The equipment adopts a special operation cabinet, equipped with two electric/pneumatic pumps, installed with double system pipelines, and two sets of oil-free water pressure test systems. The equipment system is equipped with a compatible interface, which can be connected to an external scanning code device, which can be entered manually or by scanning code. This device is suitable for all kinds of high-pressure gas cylinders for external measurement method of hydraulic pressure test. The industrial computer is used to carry out a complete set of operation tests such as empty bottle weighing, water injection, exhaust, full bottle weighing, and hydraulic pressure test. Through the test, the volume residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder can be accurately measured to ensure the safe use of the gas cylinder. The product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T9521 "Cylinder Hydrostatic Test Method"
