Technical description
1.The drilling depth of up to 150mm.
2.Designed for processing hole diameter 0.5-6.0mm.
3.High precision,high efficiency,high reliability.
4.Any distribution of holes,only drawings,without programming.
5.Input bit diameter,the pressure,speed,feed parameter automatically can be loaded.
6.Three-axis CNC system,design for the mold features,with intelligent detection tool load,automatic processing of equidistant hole function.
7.Simple operation,no programming,can be drilled in any form of flat die hole,including small block arrangement of holes.
8.All holes are equilateral traingular arrangement to ensure the same wall thickness.
9.Full servo motor control,processing more efficient,accurate positioning.
10.Power off the automatic memory,no re-processing,reduce downtime.
11.Overload protection(optional),due to other caused of machine load is too large can be timely downtime,to avoid unnecessary losses.
