This cooling drum which consists of drum coated with teflon, inlet /outlet pipeline, chilling system, controlling system is widely used for cooling sugar mass before candy making process for hard candy, lollipop candy, toffee /soft candy, jam, etc.

Foodstuff sheet flowed from hopper to be cooled on the surface of drum by circulating the water temperature.
