Liquid nitrogen biological container dewar product introduction
I. Product standards: The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 5458-2012 standard for liquid nitrogen biological containers.
2. Product Introduction: The product is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with high strength and contains multi-layer insulation layer with super performance. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure and good refrigeration. And storage and transport storage for choice.
Storage type is mainly used for indoor liquid nitrogen static storage, not suitable for long-distance transportation under the working state. Storage class can be used for livestock frozen semen, vaccines, cells, biological samples, microorganisms and other long-term low temperature storage with liquid nitrogen (-196°) as the refrigerant.
Transportation storage class is designed for long-distance transportation of liquid nitrogen or biological samples. In order to meet the conditions of transportation, the container adopts special support structure inside, and has made a professional shockproof treatment. In addition to long-term static storage, it can also be transported in the state of liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid violent collision and vibration. Can be used in medical, biological, animal husbandry, national defense, scientific research, machinery, electronics and other fields.

YDK series liquid nitrogen tank is mainly used for cold assembly, cold treatment, storage of livestock semen, also can be used for storage of blood, skin, viscera, vaccines, microorganisms and so on. In addition, it is also used in the research of physical properties of metals, space technology and electronic industry.
Product parameters:
According to customer demand volume, neck size, structure form 1 liter to 5000 liter special-shaped tank can be customized, supporting temperature control system, liquid level monitoring system and remote operating system.
Structural features:
The main parts of YDK liquid nitrogen tank are made of austenitic stainless steel, which has the characteristics of good low temperature performance, beautiful appearance and high strength, and can be used in various environments. The container adopts the form of high vacuum, multi-layer adiabatic structure, and the adsorbent is installed in the vacuum chamber to maintain its vacuum degree for a long time. The container cover is composed of a cap and a core plug. The core plug is made of rigid foam plastic with good insulation performance, which can reduce the evaporation of liquid nitrogen.
Liquid cylinders are storage vessels that are specially designed and manufactured to accommodate the super cooled materials that are utilized in a wide variety of cryogenic applications. As these materials often exist in a gaseous state under normal atmospheric pressure and at room temperature, they are commonly referred to as 'liquefied gases' when pressure and temperature conditions have lowered them from the gaseous to the liquid state. Cryogenics itself is the study of the nature and uses of materials that have been cooled to temperatures far below those encountered in nature or in normal working conditions.
