Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw white spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the finished plush matte fold over elastic.

Winding the raw white or predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the plush foldover elastic.

Weaving the greige of the plush matte woven fold over elastic with raw white or predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex yarn.

Ironing the greige of plush matte thick fold over elastic binding tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine or ironing machine. The softer agent or stiffer agent can be added in this process.

Inspecting the ironed plush matte elastic binding tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the 1inch plush matte diaper fold over elastic into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags.

Load the spool or layered bale of 26MM large elongation plush matte fold over elastic (F-O-E) into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
