2. Guide rail: box type guide rail

All axes of the YG series are designed with box-type guide rails, which have better mobility. 1. MT5 movable center, sleeve hydraulically extended, the carriage drags the tailstock and manually locks it.

The high-rigidity overall design is matched with a high-precision three-piece radial clutch to ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy. The servo motor drives the cutter head to rotate, and the tool can be selected in both directions or at any nearby location. The oil pressure principle is used to loosen and clamp the clutch, and the proximity switch is used to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.

The saddle, carriage, spindle joint tailstock, screw seat and motor seat are all assembled by manual scraping process.

The machine uses Taiwan (Korea) high-speed rotary chuck oil cylinder and optional automatic chip removal device, which can greatly reduce the operator's labor intensity and achieve safe and efficient production.
