AH : Front/back, left/right and up/down axes are automatically operated, and up/down feed can be manually controlled according to the work requirements, which is convenient for operation.
AHD : Front, back, left, right and up/down axes are automatically operated, up/down feed can be preset with feed volume and feed times, and the machine stops automatically when the work is finished.

Fully-supported table hard-rail structure
The table features a fully-supported hard-rail structure enhanced with Turcite-B and manual scraping. This design ensures reduced damping coefficient under load, providing smooth table operation and exceptional grinding accuracy.
Independent Hydraulic System
Equipped with a single-cylinder drive and an independent hydraulic system, the table offers adjustable speeds from 5 to 25m/min with minimal vibration, making it versatile for various processing needs. High-quality oil seals from Japan ensure smooth sliding and extended service life.
High Precision Spindle
Our spindles, entirely developed and manufactured in our Jiande, Taiwan factory, are hallmarks of precision. Assembled in a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment, these spindles boast minimal temperature variation, low noise, and zero vibration. The elastic spindle design incorporates CP4 grade precision angular ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, ensuring spindle deflection remains below 0.002mm, providing years of trouble-free service.
Automatic Lubrication System
Featuring a circulating center lubrication device, this system ensures optimal lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces, while recycling and filtering waste oil to save on lubrication costs and support environmental sustainability. Equipped with a self-check function, the system alerts users when oil levels drop to a set threshold.
Electrical control system
Our professionally designed electrical control system meets CE safety standards and utilizes internationally renowned electrical components. This ensures reliable operation with low noise and vibration, perfectly supporting the high-precision grinding needs of the machine.
Graphic Operator Panel
