The PM15E Automatic Pallet Dispenser is a complementary equipment designed for assembly line operations, capable of standalone use or in conjunction with automatic palletizing machines to achieve temporary storage and distribution of pallets. It can also be used to collect empty pallets, effectively improving packaging efficiency and saving on human resources. This type of product has been widely applied in packaging lines across various industries, including chemical, electronics, food and beverages, papermaking, and building materials.
The Automatic Pallet Supply Machine is composed of an electric lifting mechanism, four sets of pneumatic hooks, a conveyor section, and a PLC control system. A forklift can place 12-15 pallets at a time without the need for manual addition of pallets.
