Product Features

6DOF platform is made of six servo motors, six electric cylinder and their universal joints on both ends as well as the upper platform and lower platform. The lower platform of 6DOF platform is fixed to the ground, and by utilizing the extension and retraction movements of the six electric cylinders, the upper platform accomplishes motion in 6axis(α,β,γ,X,Y,Z). This simulation enables the representation of various spatial motion attitudes.
6DOF motion platform involves a series of high-tech domains, including mechanics, servo electric cylinders, servo motors, controller, computing, sensors, spatial motion mathematical models, real-time signal transmission and processing. Therefore, the 6DOF platform stands as a symbolic representation of the technological sophistication in the field of control. It mainly encompasses the spatial motion mechanism of the platform, the servo system and the control system.
