Double Acting DC12V Hydraulic Power Units for Garden Machines

This hydraulic power unit integrates gear pump, AC motor, multi-functional manifold, valves, tank, etc. The solenoid valves in series connection control the extention and retracting of the double acting cylinders.

Kind note:  Please consult for different pump displacement, motor power and tank capacity.

Special Notes:
1. The duty of this power unit is S3, that means 30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
2. Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit.
3. Viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15-68 cst, which should also be clean and free of impurities. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
4. Change the oil after the first 100 hours of running the power unit, then change the oil every 3000 hours.
5. The power unit should be mounted horizontally.

Q: Do you have complete hydraulic power units in stock?
A: Usually there are no same units in stock. Different customer have different requirement, so it's hard for factory to stock a model in bulk.

Q: Before the bulk order, can I have a sample for try?
A: Yes, sample is no problem. It will be charged some according to the product value.

Q: How do I start the consulting, if I am not familar with the product?
A: Please inform the usage, voltage, power, tank capacity or other parameters you know, we will suggest the most suitable.

Q: How will it be packed?
A: The products will be packed by wooden case with protecting foam inside.
