Introduction

Rigid machine structure
The machine structure is manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, heat treated and stress relieved before machining. Slideways are high frequency hardened and precision ground. Maximum material stability for deformation-free and outstanding wear resistance.
Precision spindle
- The grinding wheel spindle and adjusting spindle are made of high nickel-chromium alloy steel (SNCM-220). After normalization, tempering, carburizing and hardening and other multiple heat treatment. It is further processed by special sub-zero deep cold treatment, precision grinding, and precision machining.
- Spindle internal tempering hardness HRC25°-30°. The surface hardness is up to HRC62° above. The spindle is resistant to heavy cutting and precision grinding. Strong torque, durable, no deformation, wear resistant.

Pressure Switch
When starting the GW and RW spindle, this pressure switch allows starting only when oil enters into bearings thereby providing safety protection for the spindle bearings.

Feed Screw
The feed screw is manufactured from alloy steel (SNCM-4). It's also normalized, high frequency harden and precision ground in order to have high feeding accuracy and excellent wear resistance.

Lubrication system
The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to the GW spindle. Also all slideways are lubricated by a centralized lubrication system, ensuring proper lubrication and feeding accuracy.

Sliding Table
- The rotation angle of the upper slide is easy, fast and accurate. Suitable for stop grinding operation and adjusting the diameter of the front and rear sections of the workpiece. Use stop grinding to grind out inclined workpieces. Adjustment of the rotation angle ranges from +5° to -5°.
- Adjustment of the contact surface between the workpiece and the grinding wheel during pass grinding. Swiveling angle range +5°~ -3°.
- The upper slideway is of dovetail groove design. It is designed for fast and accurate feed and centralized lubrication.
- The lower slide adopts Λ-type slide and double wedge-type guideway. The double Λ-type guideway is hardened by high frequency wave treatment, precision grinding, and prevents the mud from entering, so the structure is light and precise. Micro-adjustable feed device, minimum feed 0.001mm, to meet the needs of various workpiece tolerances.
Stable grinding wheel dressing base
The slideway under the wheel dresser is designed with a concave dovetail groove, which, together with the large slideway surface, greatly improves the stability of the wheel dresser.
