Following transformer handover, overhaul, and tap changer replacement, a dc resistance test of the transformer windings is a crucial test item. It is feasible to assess the quality of the leads' welding or connections, determine whether the transformer windings have inter-turn shorts or open circuits, and determine whether the tap-changer is making good contact by measuring the DC resistance of the windings. In the past, direct resistance was measured using the QJ44 dual-arm bridge. Because of this bridge type's Ma level measurement current, measuring direct resistance requires a lot of time and has poor precision. The ZZC-2A DC resistance quick tester was created to address these issues, decrease measurement times, and lighten the load on testers.
The DC resistance speed measuring instrument is a high-precision replacement product to replace the DC single and double arm bridge.
